  • Dr. Mike Campbell

    Dr. Mike Campbell

    SENIOR PASTOR

    Pastor Mike became the Senior Pastor at Old Cutler in 2015. He earned his Master of Divinity and Doctor of Ministry degrees from Covenant Theological Seminary and is passionate about faithfully preaching and teaching the gospel. He and his wife, Keren, have three adult children and enjoy movies and reading books.

  • Rev. Greg Foss

    ASSISTANT PASTOR

    Pastor Greg has served at Old Cutler Presbyterian Church since 2015. He and his wife, Alicia, have three sons and enjoy family time together, especially on the golf course. Greg oversees adult education, men's ministries, small groups, and care efforts at Old Cutler, faithfully guiding others in faith and community.

  • Matt Hedinger

    STUDENT DIRECTOR

    Matt has served as the Student Director at Old Cutler since 2015, bringing over 20 years of experience in student leadership. He also serves on the board of our denomination's Student Leaders organization. Matt and his wife, Jen, have a daughter and love spending time watching movies together.

  • Dorian Cortes

    PRESCHOOL DIRECTOR

    Dorian Cortes is the director of JoyLand Kids Learning Center at Old Cutler Presbyterian Church, where she oversees weekday care for children ages four and under. A passionate educator, she loves nurturing young minds. Dorian has two adult children and enjoys sharing her love for learning.

  • Sarah Cox

    CHOIR DIRECTOR

    Passionate about worship, Sarah Cox leads the choir at Old Cutler Presbyterian Church. Married to Keith, they have one adult daughter. Sarah had a career in musical theatre, bringing her knowledge of music and performance to enrich our worship experience.

  • Charlene Dodson

    JOYLAND KIDS ASST. DIRECTOR

    Supporting every JoyLand Kids gathering, Charlene ensures nursery, preschool, Kids Church, and Wednesday Night Kids Club are meaningful and engaging for each age group. As Assistant Director of JoyLand Kids, she brings creativity and care to make every event special.

  • Jan Moggio

    CHILDREN'S MINISTRY DIRECTOR

    Jan Moggio is the Children's Ministry Director at Old Cutler Presbyterian Church, leading JoyLand Kids, which serves children from birth through 5th grade. With a passion for children's ministry since 1998, she has three adult children and loves nurturing young faith in the next generation.

    OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

    Dina Plunket has served as the Church Administrator at Old Cutler Presbyterian Church since 2015, overseeing day-to-day operations and supporting various ministries. Originally from Jackson, MS, she enjoys exploring Miami and loves playing tennis in her free time.

  • Lauren Padron

    STUDENT MINISTRY ASSISTANT DIRECTOR

    Lauren Padron is the Student Ministry Assistant Director for Haven Students at Old Cutler Presbyterian Church, collaborating with Matt. She is currently pursuing her Master of Arts in Christian and Classical Studies at Knox Theological Seminary, enhancing her skills and passion for ministry.

  • Ray Rivera

    COMMUNICATIONS DIRECTOR

    Ray Rivera has served as the Communications Director since 2005. Passionate about church marketing, he also leads the Livestream Team and First Impressions Team, enhancing online engagement and visitor experiences. Ray is married to Sarah, and they have three daughters.

  • Maria Viera

    RECEPTIONIST

    Maria Viera is the friendly church receptionist at Old Cutler, known for her warm welcome to all. She is married to Gerry and has two adult children. Maria enjoys fostering a welcoming atmosphere and making sure everyone who visits feels at home in the church community.

  • Doug Simpson

    PROPERTY MANAGER

    Doug Simpson has served as the property manager at Old Cutler since 2005, ensuring the church’s facilities and grounds are well-maintained. He oversees repairs, renovations, and landscaping, creating an inviting atmosphere. Doug has three adult children and five grandchildren.

  • Shawn Sutta

    MUSIC DIRECTOR

    Shawn Sutta has been the Music Director at Old Cutler since 2012, he is dedicated to creating meaningful worship experiences through music. He leads the church’s music ministry, cultivating a spirit of connection and praise. Shawn is married to Jamie, they have two children.

Church Session

  • The Elder and His Duties

    Within the class of elder are the two orders of teaching elders and ruling elders. The elders jointly have the government and spiritual oversight of the Church, including teaching. Only those elders who are specially gifted, called and trained by God to preach may serve as teaching elders.


    1: Oversee / Rule

    • To watch diligently over the flock committed to their charge, that no corruption of doctrine or morals enter in

    • To exercise government and discipline

    • To take oversight of the spiritual interests of the particular church, and the Church generally when called


    2: Shepherd

    • To visit the people at their homes, especially the sick

    • To pray with and for the people, being careful and diligent in seeking the fruit of the preached Word among the flock

    • To bear glad tiding of salvation to the ignorant and perishing

    • To dispense the manifold grace of God and the ordinances instituted by Christ

    • To administer the Sacraments


    3: Instruct

    • To instruct the ignorant, comfort the mourner, nourish and guard the children of the church

    • To set a worthy example to the flock entrusted to their care by zeal in evangelizing the unconverted and in making disciples

    • To feed the flock by reading, expounding and preaching the Word of God

    • To declare the will of God to sinners and beseech them to be reconciled to God through Christ

    • To proclaim the Gospel

  • The Deacon and His Duties

    The office of deacon is not one of rule, but rather of service both to the physical and spiritual needs of the people.


    1: Mercy

    •  To minister to those who are in need, to the sick, to the friendless, and to any who may be in distress

    • To develop the grace of liberality in the members of the church

    2: Finance

    • To devise effective methods of collecting the gifts of the people

    • To distribute these gifts among the objects to which they are contributed

    • To care for the property of the congregation, both real and personal

    3: Building

    • To keep the church edifice and other buildings in proper repair
