Celebration Choir

All are welcome, with or without choral experience, to come and sing the praises of the Lord together. Some music reading abilities are helpful, although not required. The choir sings everything from the contemporary arrangements of Richard Smallwood to the classical and neo-classical tradition of Bach and John Rutter— the great anthems, both new and old.

Orchestra

The Old Cutler Community Orchestra has served the church and community by providing an organization for musicians to perform chamber, as well as orchestral music.  The orchestra is a resource for worship services as well as regular concerts presented at the church throughout the year and represents the highest level and variety of classical and popular music possible, including world premieres of works by composers. Members generally include musicians of all ages from the wider South Florida community and members of our church. 

Audio Team

The Audio Team provides the technical expertise to create high quality, powerful worship and concert presentations. Our sound technicians are responsible for acoustic support, as they ensure all that all performances are clearly audible so they may resonate with the audience. Some technical knowledge is helpful, but volunteers of any background are encouraged to join and be trained to be part of a rotating schedule as time commitment varies.

Children And Youth Choirs

The children and youth choir ministries are all about learning about Jesus through music Young singers are placed in ensembles from grades K - 12. No prior musical experience necessary, just a love for singing and a desire to worship our King.

Handbell Choir

The OCPC Handbell Choir is a multi-generational group that “rings” for our Worship Services, in the community and in concerts. From middle-school age and above, we invite all to come and make a joyful noise unto the Lord. No previous handbell experience is required, but some music-reading ability is necessary.

Contemporary Worship Team

The contemporary worship team is made up of trained instrumentalists and vocalists who lead the 11 a.m. congregation in contemporary worship music in celebration and praise to the Lord. The band plays musical styles ranging from pop to blues, jazz, rock, and gospel. Contact Shawn Sutta to schedule an audition.
